Services & Appointments

We provide professional tattoo services, consultations, classes, and related offerings. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking appointments or making purchases.

Payments & Deposits

Tattoo Deposits

All tattoo deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure appointment time and artist availability and are applied toward the final service total.

Payment Methods

We accept approved payment methods at the time of booking or service.

Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in providing high-quality services and experiences. Our goal is for every client to feel confident, informed, and satisfied.

Services & Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. If a concern arises, clients should contact the business owner directly so the matter can be reviewed promptly and in good faith.

Cancellations & Emergency Situations

Emergency cancellation refund requests may be considered based on circumstances and timing. Approval is not automatic.

Partial Services & Materials

If a service, class, or session has been partially completed, a percentage of the total amount may be deducted from any approved refund.

Used materials, supplies, or products are not eligible for return or credit.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the refund decision.

  • Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card used.

  • Check payments will be refunded by company check.

Once processed, refunds may take 10-14 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.

Warranty & Service Guarantee

Figure 8 Ink does not provide warranties on services or materials beyond our commitment to review concerns in good faith and work toward a fair resolution whenever possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Figure 8 Ink Studios LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
