DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

For reschedules, we require 48 hours’ notice, and we will then move your deposit to a new date, one time, as a courtesy.

PLEASE BE ON TIME

ONE GUEST is permitted in the piercing room. Guardians must accompany minors. PLEASE NO CHILDREN UNDER 10 unless the child is getting pierced.

We have age restrictions on different piercings, how many piercings at one time, and photo ID is always required unless you are a returning client. FOR MINORS, please see the guidelines on the ID Policy page. If you do not come prepared you may need to RESCHEDULE with a new deposit because we can’t delay the spot.

6+ Earlobes
14+ Helix
15+ Nostril
16+ Inner ear cartilage, Navel, Bridge & Septum
18+ Everything else

We have limits on getting multiple piercings/tooth gems at one time- if getting more than 2 at a time or 2 advanced piercings please call first to check!

Change-outs must be booked over the phone. If Aziza did the original piercing, you get *one* change out service free of charge, not including the cost of jewelry.

Anodizing Jewelry

Anodization is a process that uses electricity and a mild conductive solution to create an oxide layer of the surface of various metals, such as titanium, niobium, aluminum, magnesium, zinc, and tantalum. By using different voltages of electricity, the oxide layer obtains different colors.

Tooth Gems

Applying a tooth gem is a non-invasive procedure that consists of adhering a piece of jewelry onto the enamel of a tooth. We use semi-permanent dental grade cement and a UV light binder. Gems usually fall off on their own but can last for months. We DO NOT remove tooth gems and are not responsible for any residual cement. If a tooth gem needs to be removed, you must go to a dental professional.
