YOU MUST MAKE A DEPOSIT THE DAY YOU BOOK YOUR APPT OR IT IS VOID. (you will be redirected to our shop deposit page after booking). If you cant place it online, please call us to place over the phone.
*DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE*
For reschedules, we require 48 hours notice, and we will them move your deposit to a new date, one time, as a courtesy.
*PLEASE BE ON TIME*
ONE GUEST is permitted in the piercing room. Guardians must accompany minors. *PLEASE NO CHILDREN UNDER 10 unless the child is getting pierced*
*We have age restrictions on different piercings, how many piercings at one time, and photo ID is always required unless you are a returning client. FOR MINORS, please see the guidelines on piercing page. If you do not come prepared you may need to RESCHEDULE with a new deposit because we cant delay the spot.
Age Requirements:
6+ Earlobes
14+ Helix
16+ Nostril, Inner ear cartilage, Navel, Bridge & Septum
18+ Everything else
We have limits on getting multiple piercings/tooth gems at one time- if getting more than 2 at a time or 2 advanced piercings please call first to check! Also, you cannot add piercings to your slot the day of-please book multiple spots for multiple piercings!
Change-outs must be booked over the phone. If Aziza did the original piercing, you get *one* change out service free of charge, not including the cost of jewelry.

If you want to anodize your jewelry, please see the piercing page under pricing to see the available colors. Please make sure to include the color you want and whether you want a simple ball or clear crystal for the top in the notes when you make your appointment so we can have it ready when you get here!
